Highlights from Salesforce Winter ’17 Release
As West Coast Consulting Group continues to keep its current and potential customers up to date on Salesforce, we present below the highlights from last week’s Dreamforce 2016 conference about what is contained in the Winter ’17 Release. As you may know, Salesforce normally has three releases a year, with the Winter release being the most comprehensive.
This new release is no exception. For example, the new feature artificial intelligence (AI) is used to include predictive analytics and natural language processing to the Customer Service Platform. In addition, one can now prioritize the highest value leads every time with Predictive Lead Scoring for Sales, determine which customers are most likely to engage with Predictive Scoring for Marketing, and automatically capture customer data to discover next steps and closest connections with Salesforce Inbox.
