Learn what’s going on in research at the intersection of computer science and biomedicine related to the coronavirus

Friends, for those with a bent toward finding out what’s going on in research at the intersection of computer science and biomedicine related to the coronavirus, there will be a Stanford-sponsored virtual conference on this topic on Wed, April 1 (no April fools gotcha) that is open to the public (see this link). The conference will run from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

The broad topic is to explore the impact of COVID-19 on society and the way artificial intelligence (AI) can be leveraged to increase understanding of the virus and its spread. The conference will convene interdisciplinary experts from Stanford and beyond and will be live-streamed to engage the broad research community, government and international organizations, and civil society. Dreamforce 2017 Highlights

The West Coast Consulting Group team is proud to have sponsored Dreamforce 2017, our 14th year of being a part of the Salesforce ecosystem.  So many visitors came to our home city of San Francisco, so much happened, and we wanted to take a moment to share with you what we believe are the most impactful things announced during Dreamforce this year that you should know for your ongoing business success.

The announcement that made the biggest splash was the Salesforce-Google partnership. This partnership will allow for a seamless integration between the two software platforms to provide greater business value to users. Tying these platforms together will, for example, enable marketers to get a complete picture in their Salesforce instance of what actions their email recipients take post-click: are they viewing, purchasing or browsing? Additionally, users of Marketing Cloud can now intelligently serve up digital ads to targeted prospects and audiences based on the data coming through Ad Studio. (more…)

West Coast Consulting Group Launches Avgile Program Management App at Dreamforce 2017 – Booth #2016

San Francisco, Calif. — November 1, 2017 — West Coast Consulting Group, the San Francisco-based Cloud consulting company, announced today that it will be launching Avgile, a new App for Agile program, status and issue management, at Dreamforce 2017, Booth # 2016.

The company will also demonstrate its Salesforce Quickstart Accelerators, including, the HomeCare Accelerator, Solar Accelerator and the High Tech Accelerator, which enable companies to implement Salesforce in record time.
