Benafsha Irani a natural aspiring leader was chosen by Women We Admire to be in the top leader of women in 2023 for San Francisco.

This award is duly deserved because of her vast accomplishments over the years and how she has grown the business. She started West Coast Consulting Group in 2004, an independent cloud consulting firm. She established partnerships with Salesforce.com, Google and Netsuite to prove cost effective cloud solutions.

Prior to starting her own company she was with Verizon Communications, where she was executive director for the Retail IT group, responsible for strategy, planning and strategic program management. She was part of the leadership team for servicing Verizon’s 26 million consumer and small business customers. She was instrumental in delivering the CRM one-touch concept for all customer interactions across retail, contact center and online customer interactions.

Prior to Verizon, Benafsha held senior positions at KPMG, Deloitte and AMS. She successfully led eBusiness engagements for the communications and content industry, directing eBusiness program management, eStrategy and strategic alliance engagements.
